Dear Mr. Walker

Firstly, please accept my apology for the inconvenience caused by one of our products. We always appreciate feedback from our customers.

If you still have the box available, could you please send me the Lot code (on a sticker on top of the box – number starting with L) as well as the filling date and time printed on the side panel of the box? This will enable me to investigate the matter further – please advise?

I would also like to send you some complimentary wine to make up for the unfortunate experience. Please provide me with an address and telephone number where you can be reached during business hours?

I would really appreciate your feedback!

Kind regards,

Annemarie Hume

The legs are caused by the wine’s surface tension and alcohol content and not the perceived quality.
Bigger wines with higher alcohol levels may show 'more legs'.

Hi there, thanks for that. I was trying to find a warming stew recipe to get me through the christmas time, and this seems great. I found an entire stew recipes site here too that seems to have lots of ideas, maybe you can get some more inspiration there. Anyway, thanks, I will bookmark and read more another time ;)
